NextScore is a football (soccer) data and analysis platform. We provide historical match data, head-to-head records, team form, league standings, statistics, and AI-generated pre-match analysis.

NextScore is NOT a betting platform, bookmaker, or gambling operator. We do not accept wagers, process bets, or handle betting funds in any way. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any bookmaker, sportsbook, or betting company unless explicitly stated.

All content on NextScore, including AI-generated analysis, statistics, predictions, and probability estimates, is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing on this Service constitutes financial advice, betting advice, or a guarantee of any outcome.

Sports outcomes are inherently unpredictable. Past performance, statistical trends, and AI analysis do not guarantee future results. Any decisions you make based on information from NextScore, including decisions to place bets, are made entirely at your own risk and discretion.

You must be at least 18 years old to use NextScore. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are located in a jurisdiction where sports betting or related content is restricted or illegal, you are responsible for complying with your local laws.

We encourage informed, responsible decision-making. If you or someone you know struggles with gambling, please seek support. NextScore does not encourage excessive or harmful betting behavior, and we reserve the right to include responsible gambling resources on the Service.

NextScore does not currently require you to register an account or submit personal information to use the Service. If account features are introduced in the future, additional terms will apply and this section will be updated.

The NextScore name, logo, design, and original content are the property of NextScore. Team names, club crests, league logos, and player names displayed on the Service are used solely for identification and descriptive purposes and remain the property of their respective owners. We make no claim of ownership over third-party trademarks or intellectual property.

Match data, statistics, and related information are sourced from third-party data providers. We do not claim ownership of this underlying data.

NextScore may contain links to third-party websites, including bookmakers or other services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site. Visiting linked sites is at your own risk.

NextScore is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that data will be accurate, complete, current, or error-free. Match data, statistics, and AI analysis are sourced from third parties and automated systems, and errors or delays may occur.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NextScore and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from betting decisions made using information from the Service.

NextScore may display advertisements, including through Google AdSense/AdMob and direct advertising partnerships. We are not responsible for the content or claims made in third-party advertisements.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the “Last updated” date above when changes are made.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
